The plaintiffs in June, 1935, entered into a contract with the defendant Homindustries, .Inc., whereby they agreed to purchase a lot of land with a house to be erected thereon in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the purchasers at the time of the execution of the contract. The plaintiffs paid $2,000 on account of the purchase price at the time of the execution of the contract and $3,000 thereafter.
