This is an appeal by the Mount Enterprise Independent School District, Tom Vaught, Frank F. Evans, R. C. Phillips, B. W. Jackson, Odell Hodge, Curtis Hall, R. A. Hudson and Terrell Collier, appellants, from a judgment of the Fourth Judicial District Court of Rusk County, Texas, denying a writ of mandamus sought against the County Judge of Rusk County.
