After pleading guilty to three counts and being tried to the court on a fourth, defendant was convicted of one count of failure to appear in the first degree, ORS 162.205; one count of felony attempt to elude, ORS 811.540; one count of reckless driving, ORS 811.140; and one count of misdemeanor attempt to elude, ORS 811.540.
