This suit-was instituted.-in the Circuit Court of-the-City of St. Louis,, Missouri, on the 17th day of January, 1933, against'Nicholas Seibel and Birdie Seibel,-his wife, William W Seibel, and Cora-M. Seibel, his wife, and Neisner Brothers, Inc.,-a New York corporation and a- resident of that State.
