Star Insurance Company (hereinafter “Star”) filed this action on April 4, 2012, seeking a declaratory judgment pursuant to the Federal Declaratory Judgment Act, 28 U.S.C. § 2201 et seq. Star seeks a declaration that Bear Productions, Inc.
