BOWMAN, J. — A trial court’s denial of a motion to vacate a default judgment under CR 60(b) will not be overturned on appeal unless the court manifestly abused its discretion. The defendant in this case failed to present substantial evidence of a prima facie defense on the merits or show excusable neglect.
