The appellant filed an application for workmen’s compensation benefits against Woodall Industries, Inc., with the Workmen’s Compensation Commission, in which he *674alleged lie was injured by an accident arising out of his employment with the appellee on January 30, 1962. He claims that his work aggravated a previous back injury and that he was permanently disabled.
