—As stated by the appellant, this was an action brought by the State of Indiana on the relation of Herbert E. Wilson, prosecuting attorney for the 19th Judicial District of the State of Indiana against the National Colored Aid Society in the form of an information to the Circuit Court of Marion county, Indiana, whereby the State of Indiana on the relation of Herbert E.
