Judgment was entered in this case on April 12, 1995, awarding plaintiff $500,000 in compensatory damages and $1,000,000 in punitive and exemplary damages, on the deliberate indifference and gross negligence claims against defendants Sgt. Kenneth Rupert and Officer Kevin Moore.
