This is a proceeding to quiet the title to certain lands, known as “swamp lands,” which the complainant’s grantor, the St. Louis, Iron Mountain & Southern Railroad Company, claims to have acquired from the defendant county by three certain deeds, dated, respectively, January 31,1871, December 10,1874, and December 21, 1874.
