OWEN, District Judge:
Plaintiffs brought this action under the Fair Labor Standard Act (“FLSA”) and New York State Labor Law (“NYLL”) against Defendants Masonry Construction, Inc. (“MCI”), Carmody Building Corp. (“CBC”), Carmody Masonry Corp. (“CMC”), and Biagio “Bennie” Cantisani (collectively “Defendants”). Plaintiffs worked for Defendants as manual laborers between January, 2003 and December, 2008.
