COLEMAN, Circuit Judge.
Lawrence Ray Alberti appeals the denial of habeas corpus relief from a Texas state sentence. We reverse.
*1266On June 4, 1970, about 3:30 p. m., officer Bernard D. Jackson, narcotics division of the Houston Police Department, received a telephone call from an unnamed confidential informant who had provided reliable information on at least two previous occasions.
