As a part of its physician recruitment program, TH Healthcare, Ltd., doing business as Nacogdoches Medical Center (Hospital), entered into-a contract with an orthopedic specialist, Craig Sessions, M.D., and his business entity, Craig Sessions, M.D., P.A.
