During the early morning hours of September 1, 2003, the bodies of three employees were found inside a small office of the Outback Steakhouse in Texarkana. Each had been shot. Approximately $800 was taken. A jury convicted appellant of these capital murders and sentenced him to life imprisonment. During trial, Roderick Henson testified about a conversation he had with his brother Markel,1 appellant’s co-defendant.
