This matter comes before the court on defendant’s motion to dismiss the above-referenced adversary proceedings. The motion was heard on July 7, 1994.
Facts
On April 1,1992, the debtor, Catwil Corporation (“Catwil”), filed its voluntary Chapter 11 petition. About two years later, on March 7, 1994, this Court authorized the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors (the “Committee”) to retain counsel.
