McLAUGHLIN, District Judge.
This matter originally came before the Court as: (1) related appeals from an order of the Bankruptcy Court, dated November 26, 2003, which retroactively approved the filing of Adversary Proceeding No. 03-1014 (the “Adversary Proceeding”) by the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors (the “Committee”) in the underlying Chapter 11 proceedings; and (2) a motion to withdraw reference of the Adversary Proceeding from the Bankruptcy Court.
