On July 18, 2000, defendants the Associates Corp. of North America (“Associates Corp”), Associates Financial Services (“Associates”), and others (collectively “defendants”), moved for summary judgment against plaintiff Nydia Estades Negroni’s (“Estades”) claims brought under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (“ADEA”), 29 U.S.C. § 621, et seq., the American with Disabilities Act (“ADA”), 42 U.S.C. § 12182, et seq., and supplemental state claims under Puerto Rico’s Law 80 and Law 100 (Docket No. 45).
