¶ 1. This is an appeal from an order of the Circuit Court for She-boygan County, L. Edward Stengel, Judge. Todd M. Jadowski, the defendant, faces prosecution on one count of sexual intercourse with a person who has not yet attained the age of 16 years contrary to Wis. Stat. § 948.02 (1999-2000). The circuit court granted the defendant's motion to introduce evidence of the victim's intentional misrepresentation of her age.
