CARROLL, Justice.

Guadalupe C. Alvarez successfully brought suit against Missouri-Kansas-Texas Railroad Company (MKT) for personal injuries. On appeal, this Court reversed the judgment and remanded the cause for a new trial, holding that the wording of special issue number one constituted an impermissible comment on the weight of the evidence. Missouri-Kansas-Texas Railroad Company v. Alvarez, 670 S.W.2d 338 (Tex.App.1984).
