William Griffin, who died in 1898, left a last will and testament, bearing date January 8th, 1889, and two later codicils thereto. Upon his will being presented for probate, objections were made thereto by certain of the heirs at law and next of kin, upon various grounds relating to its execution and validity; but, subsequently, these objections were withdrawn.
