Microwave Acquisition Corp. (MAC) appeals a decision of the Federal Communications Commission (Commission) denying review of an order approving transfer of Qwest Communications, Inc. (Qwest) from MCI Communications Corp. (MCI) to Southern Pacific Telecommunications Company (SP). See In re Application of MCI Communications Corp., 12 F.C.C.R. 7790 (1997).
