HORSEY, Justice:

Husband appeals Family Court’s ancillary rulings, following divorce of the parties, relating to the marital property division, the time for valuation of marital assets, and the dissipation of marital assets. Wife cross-appeals the Family Court’s award of attorneys’ fees. The main issue on appeal is whether stock dividends that one spouse receives during marriage on shares of stock acquired before marriage are marital property under 13 Del.
