Nancy Ostensen, (“the Plaintiff’), commenced this action against Suffolk County, the Suffolk County Police Department, and Police Officer Thomas Gallagher (collectively, “the County Defendants”), and Patricia Capucci and Rosemary Kneeht, (collectively, “the Private Defendants”), asserting constitutional claims under Section 1983, and various New York state law claims.
