SHARPNACK, Judge.
Appellants, Tomahawk Village apart ments, Jonathan Piser individually and as general partner of Tomahawk Village Apartments, and Lake County Trust Company (hereinafter '"Tomahawk") appeal from a permanent injunction against them and an award of damages to them. We affirm.
The following is a statement of the facts most favorable to the judgment.
