Defendant-Appellant Rashod Coston appeals from a November 9, 2012, judgment of conviction entered by the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York (Mordue, /.), which sentenced him principally to 27 months’ imprisonment. Pursuant to a plea agreement, Co-ston pleaded guilty to one count of fraudulently using access devices to obtain items valued at $1,000 or more, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1029(a)(2) & (c)(l)(A)(i).
