This matter comes before the Court on Plaintiffs Motion for Remand (Clerk’s No. 3) and Defendant’s Motion to Dismiss, Transfer or Stay pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1404 and Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b) (Clerk’s No. 4).
