The resistors, William E. Doyle and Roger W. Lunstra, appeal from the Order of the Bankruptcy Court for the District of South Dakota 1 entered in this case on December 17, 1981, granting to the applicant attorney, J. Bruce Blake, interim compensation in the sum of $21,091.70.
