Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court at Trial Term (Ellison, J.), entered January 5, 1984 in Cortland County, which, in an action pursuant to RPAPL article 15, held, inter alia, that third-party plaintiffs are vested with fee simple absolute title to certain real property.
