Larry S. Lawrence appeals the summary judgment for Bainbridge Apartments, Ranbir A. Sahni, and American Development Corporation, collectively referred to as respondents, on his claim for damages for personal injuries he sustained resulting from a fall while washing windows as an independent contractor.
