Frederick K. Goss, petitioner, appeals from the order of the circuit court of Cook County denying a petition to rescind the summary suspension of his driver’s license. Petitioner contends that the trial court’s decision denying his petition to rescind the summary suspension was against the manifest weight of the evidence. More specifically, he contends that the trial court’s refusal to permit him to more fully consult with his attorney constituted a violation of his due process rights under the Federal and State Constitutions.
