delivered the opinion of the court:

Appellant, Mingo Brown, filed his complaint in the circuit court of Cook County, to set aside his warranty deed to his daughter, Odeal Moore, and Ollie Moore, her husband, on the groufids that he was intoxicated at the time he executed it. The chancellor entered a decree dismissing the complaint for want of equity. A freehold being involved, a direct appeal has been perfected to this court.
