ORME, Judge:

T1 Defendant Joshua Binkerd appeals from a conviction for manslaughter, a second degree felony. See Utah Code Ann. § 76-5-205(2) (LexisNexis 2012). 1 We affirm.

BACKGROUND

1 2 In 2008, Defendant was affiliated with a gang in Salt Lake City. Defendant was an "original gangster," which meant that "he was in the gang before anything else, and called the shots and basically told you what you needed to do."
