This action was commenced by the filing by appellee, Mary E. Watson, who will hereafter be referred to as appellee, of a complaint for the dissolution of an alleged partnership and for an accounting of the partnership assets. It was alleged that appellee, Joseph S. Watson, was not a partner but was made a party to the action for the sole purpose of requiring him to assert his rights, if any.
