OPINION
WILLIAM A. KING, Jr., Bankruptcy Judge.
This case reaches this Court on a motion for summary judgment concerning the validity of Proof of Claim No. 36 filed by Victor S. Panaccion against CBS Millwork Supply Inc. Upon consideration of the Trustee’s motion, claimant’s answer and cross-motion, and all pleadings before us, this Court will enter an Order granting the Trustee’s motion for summary judgment. 1
