LEVINSON, Judge.

Respondent-mother (respondent) appeals from an order terminating her parental rights in the minor children, O.C. and O.B. We affirm.

A motion to terminate respondent's parental rights was filed 6 December 2002. The termination of parental rights proceeding was heard in two parts, the first being held 2 June 2003 and the second 2 September 2003. The evidence presented may be summarized as follows: Mecklenburg County Youth and Family Services ("YFS") began providing services to respondent in March 1999.
