Before the court is Defendant’s Unopposed Motion to Stay Proceedings (Motion), filed on June 21, 2011, Docket Number 28. Defendant “requests that the [e]ourt suspend further proceedings in this matter pending resolution of [a] multi-agency criminal investigation of Government Technical Services, LLC [(GTS)],” the plaintiff in this case.
