— In an action for a divorce and ancillary relief, the defendant wife appeals, as limited by her notice of appeal and brief, from so much of a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (Dunn, J.), entered December 7, 1989, as, after a nonjury trial, directed the distribution of the parties’ marital property.

Ordered that the judgment is modified, by deleting the provision thereof awarding the defendant $17,950 as her distributive share of the enhancement of the marital residence, and substituting therefor a provision awarding the defendant $27,950 as her distributive share of the…
