HAYES, Judge:
This is a case involving a construction contract in which two separate but related appeals have been filed. Wehr Constructors, Inc. and Safeco Insurance Company of America (Wehr) appeal from a judgment entered October 19, 1987 in Warren Circuit Court, pursuant to a jury verdict, awarding Steel Fabricators, Inc. (Steel Fab) damages for Wehr’s breach of contract. J & D Steel Company and Vulcraft, a division of Nucor Corporation, also appeal from the judgment insofar as it dismisses their claim against Wehr.
