BRADY, District Judge.

Pending before the court is a motion for summary judgment filed by defendant, Honeywell International, Inc. (“Honeywell”). 1 Plaintiff, Barbara Jones (“Jones”), filed suit against Honeywell under several state theories of recovery for what she essentially claims to be a wrongful termination. Honeywell seeks to have some or all of Jones’s claims disposed with in summary fashion. The parties have briefed the matters raised by the complaint and the motion.
