On January 8, 1981, plaintiffs, Robert V. Gothier, Sr. (hereinafter Gothier) and Keystone Commercial Realty (hereinafter Keystone), brought actions in equity and assumpsit against defendants, Robert Goodling (hereinafter Goodling) and Craig Dallmeyer. Plaintiffs’ first count, in equity, prayed for the court to void a transfer of real estate between defendants Goodling and Craig Dallmeyer. Plaintiffs’ second count, in assumpsit, claimed that plain tiff Keystone was entitled to a $25,000 commission for services it performed for Goodling concerning the negotiation of an acceptable…
