This is a petition filed in the Municipal Court of the City of Boston (a District Court) for a review of a decision of the board of review (the board) of the division of employment security (the division) existing under G. L. c. 23, § 9N (b),»as amended through St. 1951, c. 763, § 21A. The petition was filed pursuant to G. L. c. 151A, § 42, as amended through St. 1954, c. 681, § 12. After hearing, a judge of that court affirmed the decision of the board and the petitioner filed an appeal to this court. G. L. c. 151A, § 42, as amended. There was no error.
