Hart, J.,

(after stating the facts). In the first answer filed by appellant, he claims title to the land in dispute by adverse possession. According to the testimony of J. H. Trigg, his mother, Sabina C. Trigg, sold to E. E. Meador about 20 acres of land and made him a deed to it under correct description. J. H. Trigg lived at Arkadelphia, Arkansas, at the time, and was looking after the farm which his mother owned near Half Moon Lake.
