Thomas M. Reindel, Tommy N. Kellogg, and Victoria J. Seeger petition this Court for a writ of mandamus directing the Montgomery Circuit Court to vacate its order denying their motion to dismiss the plaintiffs’ claims against them in consoli*616dated actions pending in that court on the basis of lack of in personam, jurisdiction. We deny the petition.
