This was an action to restrain and enjoin the board of county commissioners of Reno county, and the township officers of Grant township, No. 22, in Reno county, from recognizing or acting under certain provisions of section 2 of chapter 214 of the Laws of 1937, referred to as the “beer permit law,” and to require the board of county commissioners to issue a license for the sale of 3.2 beer notwithstanding the fact the township officers had objected to the issuance of such a license in the manner provided by that law.
