PARKS, Judge:

The appellant, Donald Kent Honeycutt, was tried by jury and convicted of Kidnapping (Count I) (21 O.S.1981, § 741), two counts of First Degree Rape (Counts II and III) (21 O.S.Supp.1983, § 1114), and Sodomy (Count IV) (21 O.S.1981, § 886), After Former Conviction of a Felony (21 O.S. 1981, § 51(A)), in Noble County District Court, Case No. CRF-85-6, before the Honorable Lowell Doggett.
