This was a suit filed by the appellant, R. T. Burge, in the Fifty-Eighth judicial district court (Jefferson county) on October 13, 1921, to cancel a certain judgment rendered in that court in favor of some of the appellees against appellant on October 1, 1914, for $26,700, with interest on that amount from the date of the judgment until paid, at the rate of 6 per cent, per annum. In appellant’s petition, numerous attacks were made upon the judgment; the most material and vital ones being, in substance, as follows:(1) That the judgment attacked was void because it was rendered…
