This is an appeal from a judgment of the circuit court of Bates county ousting the appellant from office as member of the board of election commissioners of Kansas City, in a proceeding in the nature of quo warranto xxpon the information of the prosecuting attorney of Jackson county. The suit was begun in the circuit court of Jackson county, and taken by change of venue to Bates county.
