OPINION OF THE COURT

2Per curiam

Respondent, Michael T. Spallino, was admitted to the practice of law in the State of New York by the First Judicial Department on February 6, 1984. He was also admitted to practice as an attorney and counselor-at-law in the State of New Jersey in 1985.

*432Petitioner Departmental Disciplinary Committee is seeking an order, pursuant to 22 NYCRR 603.3, disbarring respondent predicated upon the fact that he was similarly disciplined by the New Jersey Supreme Court, or in the alternative, sanctioning respondent as this Court deems appropriate.
