Pending before the Court is the Chapter 11 Trustee’s motion for a preliminary injunction enjoining the state court plaintiffs (“Plaintiffs”) from prosecuting three state court actions pending in Colorado against former employees of The 1031 Tax Group, LLC (collectively with its other affiliate entities, “the Debtors”).
