This matter is before the Court on a Motion for Class Certification by Plaintiffs Francis Fenwick et al. (ECF No. 138), and a motion to dismiss for lack of standing.

This is a class action matter brought by individuals who seek refund of the money paid for certain prescription pills of the drug Atorvastatin, manufactured and sold by the defendants.1 (Third Amended Compl., ECF No. 47, at ¶ 1, 21).
